Since 2004, we have been working according to fair-trade principles with Peruvian artisans who practice their craft in the tradition of their ancestors. Our partners come from Indigenous communities of the Andes, where alpaca breeding has been part of their way of life for hundreds of years. We always value and prioritize handmade craftsmanship, as it helps preserve a rich cultural heritage. Behind every handcrafted piece lie history, customs, culture, lifestyle, and creativity.

PachaMama Canada’s mission is to offer high-quality alpaca products by working directly, long-term, and fairly with artisans in Peru. We value and promote artisanal handcrafting and ecological methods while helping preserve Andean traditions and ways of life.
