General
We sell to businesses with a valid business number (Quebec business number, business number from another province, federal business number, or tax number).
We do not sell to individuals, except for specific fundraising campaigns (please refer to the page dedicated to this).

Please note that the selection may vary from one retailer to another. We recommend contacting them directly to check the availability of the products you’re looking for. You can also reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to guide you to the retailer most likely to meet your needs.
Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Closed on public holidays.

Enterprises
The minimum purchase is $500 (before taxes) for the first order and $100 (before taxes) for subsequent orders.
Your order will be ready within 1 to 3 business days.
→ PUROLATOR: We ship our products throughout Canada via Purolator, taking advantage of our corporate rates.
Delivery in Quebec and Ontario usually takes 1–3 business days. Your tracking number will be provided on your invoice so you can follow your package.
Shipping fees are borne by the customer.
→ PICKUP: Available upon request at our offices on the South Shore of Montreal. Contact us!

First, you need a customer account with PachaMama to place an order (please refer to the previous instructions). Then, select the ordering method that suits you best:
- Online: you will have access to the customer portal after your account is opened.

- In person: come shop at our warehouse boutique! Open by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to schedule.
- Bank transfer (bank details will be provided)
- Interac e-Transfer (via email)
- Cheque (in-person payments only)
